Yoga was traditionally taught one on one. I draw from the Ghosh lineage and use what is beneficial for your unique body, mind and disposition.
After almost 10 years of working with students, I have learned to select exercises so individual students may use the yoga as a healing tool or for specific physical therapy. I am able to prescribe individual students with asanas, exercises and meditations to heal dis-ease in the body, physically, mentally or spiritually.
I have a firm foundation in anatomy and physiology and I have developed a keen eye for proper alignment in the postures. If I spot you having difficulty getting into a certain pose, I will be able to easily and quickly adjust your alignment, with or without the use of props.
