Group Yoga Classes
An opportunity to practice hatha yoga postures and breathing exercises for every skill level. All classes encourage simple therapeutic exercises to mobilize and strengthen every part of the body, including the muscles, bones, joints, organs, digestion, circulatory, endocrine and nervous systems. The practice of yoga postures/asanas makes the body strong and flexible, improves balance, coordination, circulation, respiration, digestion, body awareness, and reduces stress. As you become stronger and more flexible, aches and pains may disappear.
